New Service Times FAQ

8:30 – 10:00 – 11:30
Why now?
We have seen an increase in attendance over the past few months that has pushed our facility beyond what it can handle.
This growth has also pressed people into tight worship seating and parking situations that will hinder future growth if not addressed.
We have had similar situations in the past. We must act now to create space necessary for those God is drawing to Family Life.
Why these service times?
We have attempted to offer options in such a way that will balance the attendance.
We are a people who like options. Hopefully 1 or 2 of these times will work for your schedule.
Which service should I go to?
Who says you have to pick one? Attend whatever service works best for your family situation.
We encourage you to consider attending one service and making yourself available to God to serve in another one.
I don’t like multiple services. I don’t get to know everybody.
It is impossible to know everyone in a constantly growing congregation. The opposite is not biblically desirable.
Focus instead of growing yourself by knowing a small group of people really well in a LifeGroup.
Why don’t we just build now?
$40,000 a year increase in our mortgage. Plain and simple. Family Life would be $35,000 in the red this calendar year had we already built a new auditorium.
When finances indicate that building is attainable, we will go forward with confidence.
How can I help?
Continue to be patient and flexible. Keep inviting people and making first time guests feel welcome. Remember this is an experiment.
Attend one service, serve in another. Spread the word. Make sure we have an active address on email on file for you. Be on time.
Worship with abandon. Pray for your leadership. Smile a lot!
